Like many other companies, Legalingo is the result of its founders’ belief that better service could and should be available. Who better than people frustrated by the market’s limitations to surpass them?
That’s why a small group of lawyers, language service providers and coders got together in 2020 to imagine what the future of legal translation could be. They wanted it faster, and they wanted it more accurate!
To design, test and hone our automated legal translation tool, we sought input from the broadest possible spectrum of legal professionals: not just practicing lawyers, but academics and legal translation professionals as well.
Those people include our Technical Council (see below), which has been instrumental in helping us achieve otherwise inconceivable quality.
